ok, but what is a luxury picnic?

A Luxury Picnic is a unique experience that merges the elegance of fine dining and decor with the great outdoors! We pull out every stop to curate a beautiful experience for you while you enjoy all that nature has to offer! We handle everything from setup to teardown, leaving you to create memories you will cherish for a lifetime!

All Luxury Picnic Packages INclude:

Hassle-free planning including set up, clean up, and tear down. A beautifully curated setting for your entire party including formal plates and glasses. We also provide complimentary comforts such as water, bug spray, sunscreen, bluetooth speaker, fan, & games.

Location Options

Choose from one of our hand-picked locations or somewhere significant to you in the Omaha area. We are also able to accommodate setups in your home, backyard, hotel/AirBNB, or a venue that you have booked.

Food Options

You are welcome to bring your own food or you can add on delicious charcuterie and desserts from Grapes + Gouda and Barrows Baking, Co.

Add Guests

Choose from our custom packages below and add additional guests as your heart desires! The cost to add additional guests outside of our pre-built packages is $35 per person. Parties of 30+ are subject to custom pricing.

Extend your Picnic

All of our packages (with the exception of our Midwest Moment package) include two hours of picnic time. You are welcome to extend your picnic for $75 per additional hour.

LOVE Package - $100: 
Includes our marquee light-up LOVE sign on display, a fresh bouquet of season flowers, and a box of gourmet chocolates to enjoy!  This add-on package is perfect for proposals and anniversaries!

 

Customized A-Frame Sign Rental - $125:
We are happy to customize our a-frame sandwich board sign to welcome you and your guest(s)! 

 

Content Creation - $25:
HLG will stay for up to 10 minutes to capture photos and short video clips of you and your group on your own device(s). Note: This package is FREE if you allow us to also capture footage of you and your group for the purpose of advertising on our HLG website, social media pages, and other marketing avenues within the same 10 minute time frame.
